Separately, voters approved Measure 02-87 by a wide margin. It would annex nearly 11 acres of land into the city for potential development. Jim Boeder, a Corvallis builder, is proposing to construct affordable housing on the acreage on the city's western boundary, north of Nash Avenue, between Southwest 53rd St. and 49th Street.
