Alex Eyssen, Director of Development for Campus Crest Communities, was the keynote presenter at the Chamber's September Lunch Forum on Sept. 11. Campus Crest is proposing to build a student housing complex in West Corvallis. It will include 296 units, housing approximately 800 to 900 students. The $37 million project is wending its way through the City planning process. A follow-up Planning Commission meeting to review Campus Crest is slated for 7 p.m. Monday, September 23 at the OSU LeSells Center. The Chamber urges those in favor of this project to show their support at this meeting.
